We oversee design and construction activities, monitor progress, and resolve issues that may arise including negotiating contracts with consultants, vendors, and contractors to secure favorable terms and pricing.

Guide the development and strategy of marketing and development guidelines to promote the project, including branding, advertising, and sales efforts. Execute on achieving pre-sales in advance of construction to reduce the risk of the project.
